Frequently Asked Questions

When do Members get their wine packs?

You receive your 1st wine pack within 3-5 business days of subscribing. Your future wine packs will always be scheduled for delivery the 2nd week of each month.

What if a Member wants to Pause/Stop their Membership?

Members can be removed from our Text Club list at any point. We also, have the option to pause/skip any given month on your subscription. Club member must notify customer service by 3rd of the month via text or email.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver/ship to all Texas Residents. We do not ship outside of Texas

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee is $9.99 for delivery/shipping for all “One Time Purchase” orders and our Wine Text Members. If you are an OST Wine Club Subscription member we ship to your home for free.
